Entrance to the ground floor of the villa is through a leafy courtyard with shady porticos, a private chapel and a well in the centre.

The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. With three double bedrooms, the accommodation is ideal for six people, but two more may be accommodated in other rooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. Both these bedrooms have air conditioning.

The third bedroom, which leads off the television room, has twin beds and an exotic Moroccan bathroom with built-in mosaic bath and shower.

There is a large living room with a music centre and a collection of CDs, a separate television room with satellite TV (with access to BBC World and CNN) and a DVD player. The library is well-stocked with English books including children's books - and also games. Wireless internet is available throughout.

The dining room seats eight and has a beautiful tiled fireplace and doors opening onto the private walled orange grove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a wide range of electrical equipment. The laundry has a washer dryer and an extra fridge and freezer.
