Booking Conditions for Santa Maria
We rent the ground floor of Santa Maria on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, although we can be flexible on this outside peak seasons, depending on availability.
Arrival is after 4 p.m. Saturday and departure by 10 a.m. Saturday

There is also a final cleaning charge of €50 per person (not applicable for infants under two years old) to be paid on site.
A security deposit of £250 will be returned within two weeks of departure.
The ground floor of the villa is ideal for six people but two extra people can be accommodated at the charge of £50 per person.
A child’s cot and high chair are available at no extra charge.
Use of the air conditioning units in the bedrooms and kitchen is included in the rental rates, but if guests would like to use the central heating system in winter, there is a charge of €50 per day.
We provide a welcome pack including two bottles of excellent Sicilian wine and ingredients for your first breakfast.
If you arrive on a Saturday night we can arrange a grocery shop and/or a meal catered for you on arrival.
We can also arrange additional catering and clearing during your stay.

Payment should be made upon booking if this is less than 8 weeks in advance of arrival. Otherwise a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
More than 56 days prior to arrival 30% of total Rental Sum;
14 - 56 days prior to arrival: 50% of total Rental Sum;
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of Rental Sum;
