Prices and Booking Conditions

The ground floor of the villa is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, although we can be flexible on this depending on availability.

Arrival: after 4 p.m. Saturday
Departure: by 10 a.m. Saturday

Included in the price are electricity and hot water, also bed linen, towels and beach towels, which are changed once a week. Note that central heating is excluded, but if and when it is used, the charge is €50 per day. The telephone (except for local calls), extra laundry service and catering are also excluded.

We provide a welcome pack including a two bottles of excellent Sicilian wine and ingredients for your first breakfast.

Extra services may be arranged at extra cost (catering, extra cleaning).

The property is ideal for 6 people but 2 more people can be accommodated at the extra charge of £100 per person per week. The swimming pool is open in high and peak seasons. If guests would like us to open it in May, there will be an additional charge of £250 per week.

Payment should be made upon booking if this is less than 8 weeks in advance of arrival. Otherwise a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Directions and telephone numbers will be sent to guests when payment is received.

Cancellation fees depend on notice given and are as follows: More than 56 days prior to arrival 30% of total Rental Sum 14 - 56 days prior to arrival: 50% of total Rental Sum; Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of Rental Sum; To book, please check availability below, and then contact the owners, Caroline and Marcello.
