Prices and Booking Conditions

The ground floor of the villa is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, although we can be flexible on this depending on availability.

Arrival: after 4 p.m. Saturday
Departure: by 10 a.m. Saturday   

Included in the price are electricity and hot water, bed linen, towels and beach towels. Note that central heating is excluded, but if and when it is used, the charge is € 50 per day.  The telephone (except for local calls), laundry service and catering are also excluded.

Extra services may be arranged at extra cost (catering, extra cleaning).

The property is ideal for 6 people but 2 more people can be accomodated at the extra charge of £100 per person per week. If guests would like us to keep the swimming pool open in mid season - May, late September/October, there will be an additional charge of £250 per week.

 

Payment should be made upon booking if this is less than 8 weeks in advance of arrival. Otherwise a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Directions and telephone numbers will be sent to guests when payment is received.
